Rejoining old friends in the pursuit of quality food facility equipment contracts and installations. Located in the Bay Area, I am working with a proud and capable crew to complete high profile food service equipment projects. Near my hometown of Pacific Grove on the Monterey Peninsula.Updating from 2013; after more than 60 successful projects in the Bay Area, I have worked hard to regain a substantial market share for my Employer in B&E projects for customers like Google, Apple, Amazon, Microsoft, NVidia as well as hotels and other tech companies. Always something new everyday but dedicated to staying on top of this everchanging environment.

I assumed management and marketing for IFAB in February 2012. Since that time, I increased sales by 400% and margins are up from 25% to well over 50% average. IFAB was a custom quality stainless steel fabricator specializing in the design, fabrication and installation of custom stainless steel foodservice equipment.IFAB's prior owners lost their lease in May of 2013 and despite our significant achievements over the past year, the doors closed in June of 2013. Discussions commenced immediately with EMK regarding purchase of IFAB and its assets. I worked as facilitator to develop a mutually agreeable purchase arrangement resulting in IFAB becoming a division of EMK while maintaining my position as GM of the IFAB division and VP of Manufacturing for EMK.

CKS specializes in design/build projects in the Foodservice Industry. We provide design services to integrate planning with the KEC or as a part of our full service design/build. From concept to completion, we take the mystery out of planning, permits, construction and working with the equipment contractor to insure a timely and seamless progression of the design/build process.

Design/build contractor. Providing innovative design solutions and quality construction for discerning customers.

Design/build remodels for fast-food operators. Construction services, manufacture and install new fixtures and furnishings in new and remodeled restaurants. Employed 25 shop personel and 10 construction field personel. Provided services for 250 restaurant remodels and new construction projects.

Developed design concepts and construction documents for restaurants and institutional food service facilities in and around the Anchorage south central region of Alaska.Provided Project Management on 35 commercial food service projects as owners agent and project superintendant.
