I'm currently entering into a new phase of my professional career as a construction cost estimator for KMF Construction. Under KMF Construction I wear several hats. Construction Cost Estimating Project Manager Safety Manager - Both Construction and GI tracts level two certified. Under the Kyron Homes LLC branch of our company I also wear several hats. Commercial Real Estate Consultant Property Management I own and operate a small mom and pop photography company. We have been operating since 2011. I work part time at Griff's Georgetown driving Zamboni and helping with ice maintenance.I was the Commercial Sales and Project Manager for Lakeshore Irrigation from 2020-2023. I sold pre spec'd commerical systems as my main task. I also designed my own commercial and residential systems. I managed all projects from beginning to billing. I managed two crews who installed the projects that I sold. Before I started working for Lakeshore Irrigation, I ran a handicap accessible van rental company. I handled every aspect of day to day business. My professional career started out as a highly sought after and top performing skip tracer. I worked in the industry for nearly ten years. My performance increased caseloads and account resolutions. I did investigatory work on behalf of almost every major bank, auto lender and a number of lawyers. I still freelance from time to time.
