Whilst doing agency work with Stafforce I took on various rolls and developed a lot of new skills. Some of the roles included a general Laborer, factory operative and a porter. All these roles required a high level of concentration with strict health and safety policies and procedures to adhere to. I had to be easily adaptable whilst doing different roles and was eager to learn and gain new skills to ensure I was doing the best job possible for each different role.
