Selected as the first and only sales and marketing manager for a start-up capital equipment company, charged with creating the sales and marketing strategy for launch of an automated ultra-low temperature sample storage system to achieve revenues of $10 million. Built, trained, and developed incentives for 32 nationwide channel resellers comprised of manufacturer representatives, and established contract, finance, and service agreements. Devised and implemented varied Service Level Agreements to meet the requirements of different clientele. Formulated and delivered technical sales presentations to directors and scientists of major U.S. pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology companies, and large life science, research-based facilities across the US for a capital expenditure product exceeding $100,000 per sale.

Engaged to develop and implement selling and marketing strategies designed to increase referrals and sales of obstetrical homecare services / monitoring equipment for high-risk pregnancies to key medical specialists and physicians. Negotiated pricing and contracts with HMOs to provide access and coverage for services and durable medical equipment.
