Born in Montana, educated at Stanford and MIT, and now living in San Francisco, I love to create. I have always loved to build and create products of utility, beauty, and value, and to build businesses with noble missions and sustainable operations. I’ve had the privilege to design, develop and build alongside great people and with great teams throughout my career, and I’m excited to continue to do so - leveraging my knowledge, skill and experience to help others to build and create more efficiently and effectively toward objectives that benefit the company as well as the community and the planet. I first realized my passion for creating new products while earning a degree in the Product Design Engineering program at Stanford, and I later fueled my interest in business and entrepreneurship by obtaining an MBA at MIT’s Sloan School of Management. This has led me to develop and ship dozens of products at companies large (Google) and small (Frontline), and I have also helped fledgling startups ship products through my work at Playground Global and my own consulting. I outlined the product roadmap, development priorities, and launches of new products & features. I also created financial models and strategic plans for investor presentations.- Led, equipped, and empowered a cross-functional team of six spanning EE, FW, Hydraulic Engineering, ME, and Product Management expertise.- Transformed the core product from a built-to-order/custom model into a standardized modular system (built-to-stock).
