As the Chief People Officer, Commercial & Operations, and Enterprise at Wayfair, I am responsible for the end-to-end people operations for the company's Commercial & Operations, and Enterprise functions. This includes leading all aspects of hiring, retaining, and building the talent and culture of these 10,000+ corporate and frontline employee organizations that span the US, Canada, Europe, and Asia. I also lead our Global Mobility & Immigration team. I bring my business experience to the Talent space. I have spent over eight years at Wayfair building teams, and leading and scaling complex businesses, which include Wayfair's Large Appliances business and our video commerce platform. Prior to Wayfair, I worked at Bain & Company and earned an MBA from Duke University, The Fuqua School of Business. I am passionate about people and building and leading high-performing teams that deliver exceptional results.
