Following TMB's August 2021 acquisition of my then-employer Jukin Media, I was retained by TMB to lead the following functions, while reporting to TMB's Chief Marketing Officer. -Communications/ Public Relations: I led global communications for the company, setting strategy while leading a small internal team and an external PR agency. News coverage of TMB and its brands (Reader's Digest, Taste of Home, FailArmy, The Pet Collective, Family Handyman) increased more than 100% in my first year leading the function. Other highlights included a 200% lift in key TMB corporate social media metrics, including total followers and engagement. -Streaming TV Marketing: I led a team responsible for all aspects of marketing for the company's five free ad-supported streaming TV (FAST) channels, including driving tune-in via all marketing channels, on-air promotions, and cross-promotional strategy. Our group drove more than 100,000,000 incremental viewership minutes to our channels in our first year following the acquisition, via partnership marketing, earned media, and paid media. -Customer Service: reporting to me was a global support staff in charge of support ticket resolution and community building for tens of thousands of customers and contributors. The support org continually exceeded its KPIs including satisfaction scores, NPS, first response time, resolution time, and more.
