Manage and develop the customized integration of our MRP software (SAP Business One / Orchestrated Beer) The primary focus was accurate BOM's and item data to get Material Requirements Planning up and functioning. Also trained personnel in posting transactions improving inventory accuracy and accurate COGS. This also included ongoing training and support of all MRP and computer users.

Managed the scheduling of a low volume high variety, and a high volume, high variety custom fabrication shop with a 99% on time delivery schedule. Managed all aspects of the supply chain operations from managing and revising the purchasing and inventory process to the scheduling of new jobs to ensuring all materials were in the right place at the right time for seamless operations manufacturing and assembly.

Manual bottling of Kombucha using a 4 head manual counter pressure bottle filler. It was my job to bottle all product to stay ahead of demand and to keep inventory levels of all packaged Kombucha at needed levels. Also set up and managed temperature controls and logging of 13 individual coolers that held product.

Beer Tender for on premise taproom serving customers draft beer and also selling off premise to go beer from the adjacent Type 5 high point store. Duties included daily cleaning and restocking of cooler. Also helped with the canning line and manual labeling of those cans.

Served for 2 years on the Utah Brewers Guild Executive Committee lobbying for liquor law reform. Managed and served at several events resulting in the Utah Brewers Guild increasing their bank account by 4 to 5 times.

Managed full-scale operations for this $20M built-to-order manufacturer of custom swimming pool covers. Provided expertise and strategic direction for materials and labor forecasting, supply chain, inventory management, and scheduling. Key responsibilities included:• Direct oversight of 67 employees, including eight departmental managers• Helped lead product development and modification initiatives while coordinating cross-functional work teams including engineers, production, quality control, purchasing, sales and finance.• Managed overall manufacturing ensuring quality standards, customer satisfaction and efficiency.

•Managed 5 department supervisors with up to 35 employees. Scheduled daily production and shipping requirements along with incoming goods. Implemented new procedures to streamline production and other processes to be more efficient, while improving quality. Generated and maintained Bill of Materials, product structures and cost of materials.

•Purchased all goods and services, including a wide variety of inventory items ranging from nuts and bolts to aluminum extrusions , specially formulated vinyl and custom built electric gear motors.
