Day to day management of a 200 capacity pub and music venue, roles included; banking, staff development, venue supervision, sound and stage setup, running the weekly quiz, opening and closing, line and stock management, ordering stock and fronting a friendly team, maintaining a relaxed atmosphere whilst under the usual demands of running a venue.

Worked on various projects across a number of film houses for clients such as the BBC, ITV, Endemol, Apple, Sony and many international broadcasters. Roles included video transcoding, quality checking, preparation for distribution (metadata/stings/audio tracks/subtitles/translations,) recording analog tapes.

Organised and managed events across London and Brighton. Worked with venues such as The Garage, Islington Academy, Mean Fiddler and The Camden Underworld.
