Sitting on the executive management board of a diabetes device company, it has been necessary for me to represent a region and also manage and determine resource allocation, together with defining appropriate strategies. My eight year role on the management board necessitated successfully contributing toward steering the overall company startegy and a broad understanding of the cross functional company dynamics. However, my first and great love is leading and managing a team of motivated individuals to achieve and exceed business objectives.
