I am a focused and energetic operator that is passionate about the customer experience. I bring 15 years of management and personnel development experience to work every day. My strongest asset is the ability to be analytical and data driven without losing perspective that it is our people, not just our processes that drive the business. I take pride in all the long lasting business relationships I have developed with both coworkers and vendors. Employees and colleagues will tell you I am dedicated to the business and my level of integrity is second to none. My goal is to understand people and systems before sharing my thoughts and ideas. I believe planning has to come before execution. I enjoy the process of dissecting the business and creating and executing plans for training, marketing, and development. I have spent most of my career focused on operations and executing the guest experience, but I have assisted in the process of multiple sourcing and purchasing projects that still benefit teams other than my own to this day. I can excel in an individual setting, but I most enjoy collaborating with a team. I have been recognized in my career with a number of individual and team awards. The individual stuff was nice, but nothing creates energy and job satisfaction in a company like feeling the success of a team effort. At some level, every position is a sales position. Regardless of our role or title, from training or purchasing to sales or operations, the measurement for success is always growth.
