I am an accomplished Project Manager with numerous years of experience. I have a proven ability to design and implement effective strategies, develop new applications, and manage resources. I have a proven ability to streamline processes and increase productivity. I served 20 years in the US Air Force as both enlisted and an officer with executive decision-making, strategic planning, financial management, and development experience. I have an extensive knowledge of DoD standards and documentation requirements. I am also an experienced instructor and have been teaching courses at the college-level since 1975. I have taught various information technology courses from the junior college level introductory type courses for the Air Force through the Master’s level courses at Webster University.
