Supporting clients issues with desktops, laptops, tablets and cellular devices. Working across three branches of government supporting wide varying applications. Troubleshooting and identifying and repair of end user PCs, and devices. Assisting and basic troubleshooting of the provincial LAN network. Using SolarWinds for ticketing system.

Installed NVR systems for livestock and security monitoring, worked with Office 365 to migrate users from G-Suite, Novell and other email providers to Office365.
