I have run my own detailing company filling every position from sales to accounting; detailing to delivery. I am able to prepare accurate bid packages for steel fabrication and erection. I can review and interpret design drawings for detailing or estimates. I have reviewed engineer design drawing to ensure accuracy before they are released for construction. This has helped to reduce the number of RFI's and change orders. I make steel fit. I have experience dealing with owner's questions on change orders and reviewing change orders for accuracy and and justification.
