Quickly brought them into compliance with timekeeping (including implementing electronic timekeeping); successfully submitted the company’s first correct billings; implemented semi-monthly invoicing on the contract to improve the company’s cash-flow problems; successfully submitted the company’s first application for government approved billing rates.
