Responsible for:1) Product Line of precision machined parts with sales of over four million dollars per year.2) Providing technical information about products.3) Scheduling and coordinating multiple work centers to optimize production speed and lower cost.4) Providing cost estimates for special products.5) Providing leadership for our production facility in Arkansas.6) Sourcing and purchasing raw materials from India, China, Germany and other locations.

MT Enterprises is a small business i own. We sell various products online to both end users and to small retail stores.

Responsible for:1) Scheduling a dozen work centers in a manner that both optimized production and produced product the sales team needed. These two things were often in conflict and required coordination and creativity to optimize.2) Receiving full truckloads of product and coordinating were they would be stored.3) Performing quality control tests to both the incoming material and product produced. I would test for viscosity, impact level, contamination and purity of the product.4) Providing backup sales and customer service.5) Arranging for daily pickup and deliveries.6) Maintaining an accurate inventory of goods.7) Supervising a staff of 20 workers.

My duties included:1) High volume of inbound sales and customer service related phone calls.2) Performing outside sales duties about three days per month in Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana and Michigan3) Making production orders to ensure steady inventory of all catalog items.4) Supervising a staff of four inside sales/ customer service representatives.5) Supervising a staff of three installation technicians who traveled throughout the United States.
