Co-Founder, Managing Partner, and Board Member: Epic Brands including ACDA, Spirit Unlimited, Epic Gear, Champion Cheer & Dance, Edge Cheerleading, and Cheerstarz, that were either created organically or acquired. Epic Brands created, marketed, produced, and managed over 100 cheer and dance competitions in 32 states. Epic Brands camp division produced day and overnight camps. Epic Gear sold apparel onsite at events, team sales, and ecommerce. Epic employed a full-time staff of 50 plus and managed up to 300 sub-contractors and staff each week during the peak season. Revenue and profitability consistently increased annually. Epic was sold to a Varsity Brands in 2018 which is owned by Bain Capital.

Co-Founder and Board Member: Created an end of season event series with various companies around the country. The original event was the second largest cheer and dance event in the World bringing over 40,000 participants and fans to Virginia Beach, Virginia annually. US Finals was sold in 2015 to Varsity Brands which is part of Bain Capital.

Co-Founder/COO: Event Producer and Apparel company (Cheer Depot) that specialized in the spirit industry. Created the “Reach the Beach” series that became one of the most recognized industry themed events in the country. The Ocean City, Maryland “Reach the Beach” is now held over four weekends and produces over $20 Million for the local economy and has become a nationally recognized brand. Company was merged in 2011 to create Epic Brands.
