• Coordinates marketing efforts across multiple customer touch-points, including e-commerce site traffic, email, browser and SMS. • Develops omnichannel inbound marketing campaigns that feature Catch Co.'s unique voice and point-of-view. Campaigns are assessed and evolve based on a strategic testing and analytical approach. Campaigns are implemented and managed through a variety of platforms, including Magento (CMS), Klaviyo (email), PushCrew (browser) and Trumpia (SMS).• Keeps a strong focus on customer journeys and automation campaigns to ensure the right message is going to the right person at the right time. • Gathers reporting metrics and KPIs from campaigns, multi-channel efforts and the e-commerce site to help evaluate performance, inform insights, optimize customer experiences and drive future growth.

• Develops inbound marketing campaigns for AMA's Health Solutions Group, focused on content and strategy and evolving based on an analytical approach. Campaigns are implemented and managed through HubSpot's inbound marketing software platform. Supports digital content development (ads, videos, whitepapers, etc.) for key initiatives using the AMA voice.• Develops, schedules and publishes approved social media content for AMA's Health Solutions Group's channels. Utilizes Sprinklr social tool to push content, and for deep listening by writing queries to capture trending topics, key handles, hashtags and relevant content threads to act on opportunities to further engagement with the AMA brand.• Coordinates all email marketing efforts for the Health Solutions Group. Develops customer journeys and email automation campaigns that feature a brand-first experience and intriguing content.• Maintains Health Solutions Group's e-commerce site via Oracle Business Control Center, always ensuring that the integrity and presence of the American Medical Association is consistent . • Gathers reporting metrics and KPIs from campaigns, social channels, email efforts and the e-commerce site to help evaluate performance, inform insights, optimize customer experiences and drive future growth.• Provides graphic design expertise when needed, ranging from print to web, advertising to HTML coding. Supplies a well-versed knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, as well as video production and design. Contributes to various projects with a profound writing and editing skill set.
