Responsible for the leadership and direction of all Operations which includes 14 driver domiciles, 9 terminals, 8 of which are contractual dedicated operations, 15 operations personnel, 4 maintenance shops, 15 maintenance personnel, 203 power units and over 1409 trailers. Ensure that all power units are being utilized productively and efficiently, reduction of OOR Miles and increases in MPG’s, bulk fuel usage, reduction of operational expenses, reduction in turnover, improved operating ratio. Responsible for all customer service issues and solutions, new dedicated operations start ups. Worked closely with Vice President-General Manager and President on rate quotes and RFP’s, sales calls (new and existing customers), company policies, processes and procedures.
