Mike is the President of Utility Safety Partners.Mike's damage prevention experience stems from a 30 year career with the National Energy Board, Alliance Pipeline Ltd. , Vice-President and General Manager with HMA Land Services Ltd. and President of Utility Safety Partners (formerly, Alberta One-Call Corporation.).Beyond damage prevention, Mike has considerable experience developing emergency response management, training and audit systems in a regulatory, operations and consulting capacity and is familiar with pipeline security management systems. One of Mike's highwater marks was management of Bill S229, An Act respecting underground infrastructure safety, from conception through adoption in the Canadian Senate in 2017.
