From concept and financing to land acquisition, oversight management, construction, and close-out, I've developed single-family, multi-family, commercial, and industrial properties in urban, suburban, and rural areas throughout Chicagoland and also within the United States in Kansas, Missouri, Virginia, Texas, Ohio, and North Carolina. My favorite part of my job is developing relationships and creative problem solving. Whether it involves a soil condition issue, mechanical issue, scheduling issue, or supply chain issue, I find great satisfaction in the WOW factor, the approval, and the right match. Relatable, well-versed in construction, and charismatic, I approach each project with an open mind and an eagerness to please my clients while mitigating risk. Fair, approachable, and deadline focused, I have a great relationship with my clients, subcontractors, and team. I enjoy the process of hiring and managing my subcontractors and team members.
