Providing quality care through the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Teach/train teachers and paraprofessionals in applied behavior analysis (ABA) at various charter schools, public schools, and non-public schools.Draft ABA/behavior program designs/proposals for various funding sources (i.e., regional centers, school districts, insurance providers).Train, schedule, and manage over 90 staff (BCBAs/Behavior Case Supervisors directly and Behavior Interventionists indirectly).Conduct initial assessments and functional behavior assessments.Consults with nationwide offices within the organization regarding Organizational Behavior Management(OBM) strategies. Review, manage and propose department budgets.

Primarily working the school setting using ABA, DTT, PECS and Social Stories as a means of Behavior Support Services. Also, attending IEPs, conducting FBAs. I have worked in the home setting as well. Taught basic skills in the area of attention, imitation, expressive/receptive communication, play/socialization, self help skills and implemented behavioral strategies in order to decrease problematic behaviors. Clientele ages ranged from 3 to 53.
