Introducing a robust flight and loadmaster program for a company with no associated training structure.► Boosting the OR rate from 80% to 98%, and upholding a 98%+ OR rate for 4 consecutive years.► Shrinking the period between aircraft mods from 90 days to 40 days while upgrading the B 727 program. Enabling the 1st aircraft to be approved where previous 2 aircraft failed FAA certifications. Completing the 18-aircraft module program 8 months ahead of schedule for FAA certification.
