While managing 4 19-seat twin turboprop aircraft for the Fluor Corporation mission – as well as a twin turboprop special operation aircraft in support of CJOSOFTA – I turned around operations. The fleet included DHC-6 Twin Otter, DHC-4 Turbo-Caribou, PT-6 ISR Mechanic, PT-6 Mechanic, and Beech 1900-D aircraft.DELIVERED RESULTS:► Maintaining a 95% on-time reliability (OR) rate for 5 aircraft simultaneously over the course of 18 months. ► Greatly enhancing logistical performance, daily operations, and shipping costs. Streamlining procedures, championing continuous improvement, and designing a highly efficient parts tracking/ordering matrix.

After working for a year as a Station Supervisor, I was promoted to the role of Program Manager. I collaborated with department heads across Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance, Quality Control (QC), Pilots, Logistics, and Compliance while running the Category 3 upgrade program for 23 727s. I also delivered the daily progress report to the CEO and top executives, resulting in FAA certification.DELIVERED RESULTS:► Growing DoD contracts from 1 to 8 and significantly increased civilian charter programs with major customers such as Dell and Amazon. Devising plans to get aircraft flying 24/7 for 2 straight years. ► Generating revenue within 24 hours of pilot strike by devising a high-impact storage plan for 18 off-site B 727s, which kept each aircraft to airworthy condition. ► Successfully cross-training 80 flight mechanics as load masters. Developing a comprehensive 1-week training program, which included mandatory Hazmat certification. The training program received FAA approval and was adopted companywide for 32 classes.► Expanding the skillsets of single-use flight mechanics, empowering them to become dual-duty loadmasters. Introducing a robust flight and loadmaster program for a company with no associated training structure.► Boosting the OR rate from 80% to 98%, and upholding a 98%+ OR rate for 4 consecutive years.► Shrinking the period between aircraft mods from 90 days to 40 days while upgrading the B 727 program. Enabling the 1st aircraft to be approved where previous 2 aircraft failed FAA certifications. Completing the 18-aircraft module program 8 months ahead of schedule for FAA certification.
