I've spent over a decade of experience helping businesses thrive through the transformational power of digital technology and customer-focused design.I founded BBT in 2014, leading the business from myself and one employee, into one of NZ's largest independent digital agencies with over 50 staff. A multi-disciplinary team who have developed innovative, client-focused technology solutions for some of NZ's largest businesses such as Toyota Financial Services, The Warehouse Group, LJ Hooker, Callaghan Innovation, Yellow and Robinhood.With offices in Auckland, Melbourne and Manila, we service clients up and down NZ, Sydney, Melbourne, New York and Los Angeles. A high point being named as one of NZ's fastest-growing agencies in 2018.My passion is in growing high performing teams and helping them achieve great success, whether this is at BBT, in partnership with our clients or in elite sport. Bringing a bunch of people together from different backgrounds to achieve a common goal is what gets me out of bed each day. I have a passion for organisations that give back to the community and are trying to make a real difference. I'm extremely proud of the work we have done with Sustainable Coastlines and the Cure Brain Cancer Foundation. I truly believe in the transformational power of technology and all it can do uplift peoples lives and solving complex issues affecting our society.
