As COO at H2O Physio, I oversaw all day-to-day operations, including a national expansion of the company. I had accountability for: creating and effectively carrying out our value proposition, negotiating and implementing facility agreements, creating and finalizing employment contracts including independent contractor agreements, ensuring the company is following all appropriate legal and tax related matters, running the company's finances and ensuring rapid growth in revenue and EBITA.

I effectively managed and grew Fisher Scientific's corporate relationship with major industrial customers across North America. I put the company's value proposition to action, driving efficiencies for customers and forging long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships. As a result, I was a consistent performer, driving growth each year for my company. I enabled our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer. In the process, I developed a keen interest in working hard for causes that I am passionate about.

I formed strong partnerships with key accounts in the Canada region and collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the creation of mutually beneficial business relationships. In cooperation with senior procurement managers, VPs and CFOs in my customer base we established more efficient and unique business processes. I collaborated well with internal stakeholders to ensure we provided unparalleled support to our customers and differentiation from our competitors. The leadership skills I developed and success I had in this role positioned me very well for advancement into the Sales Director position.
