I have had the opportunity to accumulate 25+ years of manufacturing experience in a variety of roles - primarily in the quality arena.My fire is lit by the opportunity to develop/enhance systems in an effort to support and tweak an organization's culture. The ultimate goal is to ensure the culture aligns with the corporate mission statement and leadership's vision for the future. This requires the ability to communicate effectively and influence others as a means of motivation to bring about change, not through a heavy hand but through an inner desire.Manufacturing Quality Management is ultimately a support function that helps to provide solution(s) to internal problems in an effort to remove instabilities, inconsistencies and unpredictability from the manufacturing environment. This process works through utilizing data and relationships to influence multiple stakeholders into realizing mutual benefits through compromise or sacrifice. This is where I feel the opportunity to thrive.My experiences have matured me to a point where I find the most personal satisfaction in helping younger people navigate through corporate culture and develop skills to build their individual portfolio.
