I have over 18 years experience in the supply chain, looking after raw materials, both short lead time and long lead time materials. From controlling latex, calcium carbonate filler, soap, dispersants and pigments, moving to cover to indian spices, brined fruits, flour and pappadums in 2016. With a common sense approach and good communication skills both within the team and wider departments, any potential issues are quickly highlighted and remedies can therefore be put in place.I am very proficient in both the use and manipulation of excel in order continually drive improvement for both myself and my team.In the past 18 months I have taken on the roll of training and mentoring a number of new graduates in our business, as their rotations take them through our department. This has proven to be both enjoyable and successful for all concerned.
