Mr. Timmer has extensive experience in the management and performance of investigatory, design, and remediation projects involving surface water, groundwater, soils, and sediments affected by a wide range of chemical and radiological constituents. He has performed this work for industrial, oil and gas, mining, federal, state, and municipal clients. This experience includes the management of more than 120 Delivery Orders, Task Orders, and Work Authorizations at refineries, distribution facilities, well fields, Superfund Sites and Army, Air Force, NASA, TxDOT, and Metropolitan Transit Authority sites. The projects included investigation and closure of sites under RCRA, CERCLA, and the Texas Risk Reduction Program. Mr. Timmer also managed the closure design and permitting of two municipal solid waste landfills (MSWLFs) and the design of a MSWLF leachate pumping system.
