MCG’s primary business is training and consulting in applied statistical methods and comprehensive quality management systems for both manufacturing and service industries. Specific services and training topics include:- Six Sigma training and consulting including complete Black Belt, Green Belt, and Champion training series. - Basic to advanced statistics training in Statistical Process Control, Working with Data, and Design of Experiments- Contract internal auditing and registration consulting and auditing for ISO-9001, ISO-13485, AS9100 and ISO/TS-16949. Led corporate and divisional initiatives to develop a comprehensive quality system for both the Label and the Folding Carton Divisions. Managed all facility and division quality personnel. Key responsibilities and accomplishments included:- Launched and directed all facility and divisional quality system development efforts- Managed quality systems managers in six facilities nationwide. - Managed Label Division's customer technical services group.- Developed and managed customer satisfaction measurement research projects.- Managed the divisional ISO-9001 efforts with the Product Development Center achieving certification.- Designed and coordinated manufacturing experiments within the division and with key suppliers.

Consulted company-wide on problem-solving techniques, applied statistical methods and strategic planning. Worked extensively with both manufacturing and service sectors.- Developed and conducted seminars and training courses on statistics, process improvement, and training methodologies. Classes taught included: Introduction to Statistical Concepts, Data Analysis, Design of Experiments, Managing Process Improvement, and (Statistics) Train-the-Trainer.- Designed manufacturing trials and experiments, and provided analytical support.- Consulted on vision building, strategic planning, and training in quality and process improvement methodologies.- Consulted with businesses on customer satisfaction measurement.
