My experience encompasses result-oriented business involvement with Fortune 500, Private Equity, and Family-Owned companies involved in manufacturing components for the automotive industry. I've achieved successes in reversing downward trends, researching and closing contracts for acquisitions, leading strategies to increase sales, and involvement in capital financial markets. I have hands-on experience in overseeing manufacturing operations for multiple (and often simultaneous) facilities in the U.S., Mexico, South America, Europe, and the Middle East. My expertise lies in assessing strengths and weaknesses of a company and strategizing solutions to achieve desired results for the stakeholders. I personally purchased a tier one automotive supplier of wheel trim components and within 14 months, invested in equipment to add several new components to the production line, patented a bonding process, diversified and expanded the customer base, and reduced scrap costs by 75%. Negative cash flow was turned positive within a 90-day period. In 2018, my company was awarded 'Diamond Supplier of the Year' from Navistar International. I am in the market for a consulting or interim management opportunity.Feel free to connect with me if you are looking for an entrepreneurial thinker who can devise solutions for your business.
