Belmont Pines Hospital provides comprehensive behavioral and psychiatric services in a 120 bed facility for youth and adolsecents on 20 wooded acres in Liberty Township. The Director of Clinical Services is responsible for the clinical programming of the Belmont Pines Hospital including residential, partial hospitalization, and acute treatment programs. Coordination includes oversight of the counseling, social work, education and therapy programs. Ensures compliance of all JCAHO, OhioMHAS, CMS, federal, state, and local regulations in coordination with the medical staff.

Oversight of educational services for 10 multiple disabled classrooms & 9 integrated preschool classrooms. Coordinated ODE required transition services and expanded a county wide transition program from 5 to over 25 students. Facilitated gifted services and related services, and supervised a staff of over 80 employees serving 12 school districts in Portage County and 58 therapists servicing 27 schools throughout Ohio.
