Managed the Process Improvement Change Portfolio of projects for the Smart Supply Chain. Responsible for end to end development and deployment of application systems to field operations nationally

Responsible for the testing and deployment of supply chain projects and initiatives to the Metering field nationally. Successfully deployed capability to 52 SSE Depots nationally (c1000 engineers)

Responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of the depot, ensuring that company welfare, productivity, profitability and health and safety standards are met. Main duties Include:• Carrying out regular site safety audits, prompting a safe working environment.• Planning, distributing and supervising maintenance jobs for Operatives and Contractors daily, including relevant risk assessments and accurate programming of work, to meet strict contract deadlines• Liaising with Local Authority Representatives • Providing technical support where needed.• Identifying and implementing innovative and effective business improvements Major Achievements:• Skill sets gained include the following qualifications:• NRSWA Supervisors certificate, G39 certificate for working in the vicinity of DNO equipment, ASLEC accredited, ECS Health and safety Assessment, Lantra and HEA Award in Temporary Traffic Management on Urban and Rural roads, First Aid Course.• Developed a good understanding and confident navigation of Lotus Notes, Microsoft Word and Excel. Also knowledge of using internal applications such as C.S (the Customer Service system). FM (facilities Management) and Vixen.
