Meadow Partners is an international real estate investor with offices in New York and London. Meadow manage a series of fully discretionary closed-end funds on behalf of institutional clients, all of whom are U.S. state pension funds and endowments. To date, Meadow has raised in excess of $1 billion of equity for its investment strategies and has been involved in the acquisition or recapitalization of over $3 billion of real estate assets in London, New York, Paris and Washington DC.Mike is a principal and senior fund manager at Meadow Partners, with specific attention on the Meadow London Core-Plus Fund, which is focused on the acquisition and investment management of real estate opportunities in London. Since its inception in mid 2014, the Fund has invested in eight Central London deals totalling close to £400 million and is actively seeking further opportunities.Mike also recently served as Hon Treasurer to the Investment Property Forum.

Mike Tremayne was an Equity Partner in Cushman & Wakefield's Central London Investment Team. Mike joined C&W in 1998 following completion of his MA in Property Valuation and Law (City University). Mike gained his MRICS accreditation in 2000, was promoted to Salaried Partner in 2005, Equity Partner in 2011, then Head of West End Investment in 2013, alongside serving on the London Markets' Board. Mike was responsible for advising clients on disposals and acquisitions of investment property in London's West End, and accountable for producing strong revenue returns on both an individual and team basis.Mike advised on a number of high profile transactions for clients including TIAA Henderson, Land Securities, Meadow Partners, Structadene, Scottish Widows, Legal & General, Est Capital, DTZIM, the Mercer's Company, La Salle and a series of high net worth clients.
