In this role I managed a small team of developers and testers. I was responsible for the output of the team, creating work from banner ads to bespoke mobile applications. Responsible For:Driving, managing and delivering development projects, working as a bridge between the developers and the business.Job Summary:• Take ownership of development projects and drive them through the delivery process• Ensure quality is maintained throughout the development process and projects delivered to a high standard• Work with Project Managers to provide timely status updates and aid communication between departments• Work with Technical Director to manage and maintain development schedules• Work with Technical Director to continually enhance and review departmental and delivery processes• Final sign off of any and all products produced by the company before client review to ensure that the best quality is delivered

As a tester I create and run both manual and automatic test scripts that check against predefined functionality. I primarily do black box testing however do know my way around a server as I have a strong background in IT Infrastructure and Support. I use a range of tools to perform stress, load and functional testing as well as my knowledge of manual test and injection to try to brake any site or application.
