Created the Company from concept to over $100 million in revenue by hiring key personnel, widening market share, providing unparalleled quality per CMS standards, and negotiating and managing multimillion dollar contracts.

Provided vision plan and operationalized all components of the Corporate Compliance Program for $6.0 billion matrixed multi-state healthcare organization focusing on Government Programs (Medicaid, Medicare and SCHIP). Developed and implemented strategic operational policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance throughout all company departments. Managed a staff of 52 cross functional employees.

Managed a 14-person team responsible for the compliance of contracts across multiple states in the national State Sponsored Programs Division.

The sole in-house-attorney for Knox Keene-licensed and NCQA-accredited HMO – Not for Profit Healthcare Organization. Managed a staff of 23 with oversight for Network Development, Contract and Regulatory Compliance.
