Stager Software is the most complete eventmanagement tool for venues, nightclubs, festivals, theaters and event organizers. The application is being used by many innovating cultural player in the Netherlands and Germany.Stager is a cloud solution that enables event organizers to automate the boring work and focus on creating a great programm and interacting with a bigger audience. Stager combines online and offline ticketing with eventmanagement software and tools for target marketing and customer relations management.

WORM is the self-proclaimed Institute for Avantgardistic Recreation in Rotterdam. Born under the stars of Fluxus, Dada, Situationism, Punk, Patafysica, DIY-culture and futurism, WORM runs a super-sustainable venue, cinema, analog filmstudio, vintage synthesizer studio and a Bierstube called #Wunderbar.

Together with SuperUse Studios and Atelier van Lieshout WORM developed an eco-friendly art space, mostly built up with recycled material from airplans, ships, office buildings, etc. Getting funding, complex building permits, constuction works, all took place in less than one year.

Next to my work as a managing director in WORM I took part in serveral webprojects, like the OpenOrg.nl (toolkit for cultural organisations), WORMstation.nl (open source webcasting station for experimental music and film), Hotglue.me (webtool to create website directly in the browser) and it's successor Superglue.it (that also enables you to host your website at home).

R’damse Nieuwe is a community of young professionals who are actively engaged with the future of the city of Rotterdam. R'damse Nieuwe is not only a thinktank that advises the city council, but also a Do-tank, that organizes co-creation sessions, events and presentations.

The conversion of a burned monument in Delfshaven into a multifunctional art space with only recycled materials, a budget of € 300,- per square meter and without permission to drive a nail in the wall, yielded several nominations and was included in the Architectural Yearbook of 2006/2007.

Marketing experimental sound and image in the pre-social media era. Silkscreening poster, printing flyers, updating websites in HTML and licking stamps for press releases.

Producing talkshows and showcase events during festivals like Zap Nation, 2000 Beats of Culture, Landelijke Gedichtendag, Internationale Filmfestival Rotterdam. In 2001 I became the editor in chief of The Grapevine, a montly late night talkshow in Nighttown Theater.

Started as a nightlife reporter and lateron got the weekly column in Erasmus Magazine, the magazine of the Erasmus University. Next to writing for EM, I worked as a freelance reporter for A4 Magazine, R'Uit Magazine and tried to set up new cultural newspaper R'dam Weekly.
