The Launch Specialist (LS) plays a huge part in the preparation, logistics and setting up new locations for VanMoof across the globe. Together with the Launch Team you’ll be responsible for preparing the new locations that VanMoof will open. You’ll be making sure that all the locations have what they need to be up and running at the best level possible, and being the coordinator for constructors. Create proper handovers for the Trainers, (Front of House, Back of House and Bike Doctors) so that they can start their training with ease and peace of mindOne of the LS’s main responsibilities is to keep track of all the necessary operational needs for new locations. Make inventory lists, playbooks, place orders and keep track of every step that is being taken. From an operational and data driven point of view. The LS plays a huge part in the opening of multiple new Service Hubs/Brand Stores locations worldwide. When people buy a VanMoof bike, they need to be close to a hub where they can get their bike serviced. This role will focus on launching cities efficiently & effectively. You are a true go-getter who knows how to get hubs launched and cities connected at scale. As LS, you're responsible for activating Service hubs/Brandstores, ensuring they are operational, safe and compliant as per the planning and according to local regulations. Within the planning you make sure to hand over a fully operational Service hubs/Brand Stores to the Hub managers. And that expectations are clear for the Service hubs/Brand Stores managers. You’re the initial operations point-of-contact for city regulators, local businesses, and riders.The Locations Specialist will work on a project-base for our physical locations: e.g. opening, closing, moving or improving a hub, office or warehouse. The budget and deadline are both given by the Head of Locations & Offices. Furthermore, they will manage, and are responsible, for these projects from A-Z (budgeting, timelines and quality control).
