Currently I am a Senior Service Technician for the security systems department. I am also a trainer for other technicians and end user training. I work with and service a wide variety of system types (Video, Alarm, Access, Intercom, Networking, etc.) and multiple manufacturers of said systems. I am very knowledgeable on the integrations for any of them. I have over 26 years of experience in the industry. I've worked alongside police departments, military agencies and other government facilities on the function and repair of their systems.
