Mike Veselik is currently working for Montana State University as the Director of Economic Development and Impact. He is a graduate of the George Washington University Masters of Public Administration program with a concentration in Budgeting and Public Finance and of the University of Dayton with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Human Rights Studies. Prior to joining Montana State, Mike work for the City of Bozeman in Economic Development. Before moving to Montana, he spent more than eight years in Washington, DC working on Capitol Hill, in the non-profit sector, and in politics more generally. During that time, Mike gained a strong working knowledge of the operation of Capitol Hill. He developed a strong political instinct and relationships with staff at all levels. Mike has consistently shown a desire to improve the organizations and institutions he is part of from leading the University of Dayton Model UN Club and the Trachtenberg Student Organization to the various Congressional offices he has worked in.He is a personable, ambitious individual looking to expand his experience and skill set. Mike brings a positive, can-do attitude to every position he has held and will help any organization or office execute their mission.
