*Implement U.S. Fleet Forces Command (USFFC) and Commander Pacific Fleet (CPF) Joint C5I modernization policy. *Work with Military and Civilian program managers to plan baseline configurations and affect changes to support installing non-nuclear C5I systems and equipment on ships and submarines. Stakeholders include: Program Executive Office (PEO) for C4I, PEO for Integrated Warfare Systems (IWS), PEO Enterprise Information Systems (EIS), Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), Fleet staffs for Commander Third and Seventh Fleets (C3F) (C7F) and Four Type Commanders (TYCOM) Commander Naval Surface Forces, Commander Submarine Forces, Commander Air Forces and Commander Naval Cyber Forces. *Evaluate and analyze modernization plans and associated risk for non-mature exceptions for installation of C5I systems for Pacific Fleet ships and submarines. *Lead process improvement team to develop and implement policy and process changes for efficiencies and harvest financial savings while modernizing the fleet.
