Coordinate all safety functions including training, policy creation, implementation and enforcement for all the St. Marys Cement Terminals. Tasks also include participating in the North American Safety Team, gathering and submitting safety data, conducting safety audits, incident investigations including root cause analysis and coordinating corrective actions. I work hard to increase my own knowledge in safety related matters. Safety software I have used includes Avetta, SAP, eCompliance and Tap Root.

Oversee maritime security at all St. Marys Cement Terminals throughout the Great Lakes Region. This includes everything to maintain compliance in 33CFR105.

Manage all aspects of our Green Bay distribution terminal. Duties include; industrial preventative maintenance and repairs, facilitate process improvements and sustainability, all aspects of safety, manage all financial aspects including budgeting and vendor payments for services and creating PO's, Facility Security Officer, project management, landscaping, wood and metal fabrication, all aspects of recordkeeping and documentation, customer service, and I am extremely proficient at Word Excel and Power Point.
