 Training and Development: Conducts interviews for possible new hires. Training and developing new hires; including orientation and a hands on “lead by example” approach.  Supervisory Duties: Responsible for the overall sales and profitability in my store. Create and review all employee schedules. Supervises and assists in the accurate and efficient processing of customers transactions. Observes and coaches Associates as necessary to improve performance and behaviors. Assists in counseling Associates as need on disciplinary issues and procedural opportunities. Leads and assists with global store communications.  Operations: Assigns tasks and workflow to Associates. Responsible for adhering to all company policies and procedures. Also, creating a climate of security and integrity to control inventory shrink through auditing paperwork and documents in a timely and efficient manner. Risk Management: Reducing the number of accidents from customers and employees ensuring there is a safe environment for all. Conducting monthly safety meetings to talk about different topics regarding proper lifting techniques, proper repairs, etc.
