Primary IT contact for 200+ employees, managing both cloud-centric IT (DevOps, SecOps, FinOps) and traditional on-prem IT solutions/services. • Managed the IT team and delivered on several IT modernization initiatives, including providing level 1 responses for IT issues. Used tools like Jira Service Manager, Jira, Confluence, and PagerDuty to achieve collaboration and programmatic escalations. Managed third-party contracts and vendors.• Build the inventory management for both cloud and on-prem asserts, developed, and rolled out IT ticketing process, workflows, and documentation using Atlassian. • Architected and delivered cloud-native SSO/Security services using Active Directory in the AWS environment, while ensuring compliance as per collaboration with the SecOps team.• Implemented and documented SOC2 (Type 2) and FedRAMP requirements while facilitating various third-party audits. This included designing/developing Active Directory governed Corporate and High-Security (FedRAMP) environments in AWS using local instance and cloud-native solutions. • Planned and implemented Okta SSO and ZScaler VPN for centralized access management fulfilling SOC2 and FedRAMP requirements.• Administered all cloud accounts in various services like AWS, Azure, Office 365, GCP, Google workspace, and Snowflake.• Led DNS administration for private and public zones. Including SSL certificates and DNS name registrations.• Assisted Developers and DevOps engineers in architecting and implementing AWS best practices in our cloud infrastructure, while acting as DevOps Scrum Master as an additional responsibility. • Collaborated with HR, Security and hiring managers to define, document, and implement on and offboarding procedures for access to IT resources, including access audit and access removals.
