Resolve post closing issues on FHA and VA loans in order to render them insurable or guaranteed. Worked with underwriters, assistants, brokers, and correspondents to establish compliance and counseled them as to the correct guidelines and procedures to follow so as to prevent these issues from occurring going forward. Complete FHA post endorsement technical reviews and VA audits to assure loan compliance and avoid indemnification. Perform various tasks on FHA Connection and VA's WEBLGY.

Assist mortgage brokers with status, product, guideline & scenario questions. Manage pipeline and perform all pricing functions.

Underwrite conventional mortgage loans utilizing the Desktop Underwriter and Loan Prospector decision engines. Also held the positions of Underwriting Assistant and Customer Service Rep while at WAMU.
