Responsible for developing dynamic pricing engine for an extremely large data set of more than 7M SKUs updatable within minutes across dozens of marketplaces.Led technical innovation efforts and a large developer team as we built from scratch the technology tool-set we needed to succeed in the nascent third-party marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, etc. while building our brand and presence on Thriftbooks.com. Responsibilities included systems for product listing, inventory management, order fulfillment, dynamic pricing, targeted repricing, marketplace management (all 3rd party marketplaces), and our vertical channel at Thriftbooks.com.During this time I helped the company grow from annual revenues of less than $1M and about 10 employees to $60M in sales and over 300 employees.Oversaw a massive scale-up of IT and Developer resources as we expanded quickly into 10 states.
