Directed and formulated negotiation strategies, representing the company in all negotiations with suppliers and customers.Key Accomplishments:• Provided Research & Development (R&D) and procurement for new and used equipment sales and services to customer’s distribution center operations.• Established and built a pallet-racking and conveyor business catering to large distribution centers, which led to a series of contracts with Trader Joe’s to rack over 2,000,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space.• Negotiated and won a 6-year contract to wash all of Trader Joe’s plastic recycled containers for the North Western United States, including Texas. Implemented, maintained, and managed extensive testing and verification processes to ensure quality control.• Created and fabricated 8 large pass-through conveyorized washers capable of handling 7 million units per year. These machines were installed in Trader Joe’s own distribution center and ran 2 shifts, 7-days per week using 18-man crews (5 personnel at a time).• Analysis of throughput, efficiency, quality, safety, and real-time reporting enabled crews to be the most respected of the warehouse and generated record profits each year for 5-years consecutive years. • Designed, fabricated, and installed equipment for large food production lines, including large washers, mixers, fillers, labelers, pack offs, and custom conveyors, etc.

Ownership across tactical leadership of the supply chain function, including supply planning, client partnerships and product sourcing, service delivery, imports and exports, transportation, and demand planning management. Developed and implemented the vision, strategies and business processes to drive excellence in supply chain and client services performance.
