As a Virtual School Principal, I have experience in developing systemic virtual learning programs designed to provide learning options that meet the evolving needs of the 21st century learner.  I’ve collaborated to design programs that utilize best practices in digital resources and face to face leaning environments to provide flexible scheduling options for students.  These programs provide diverse levels of support to meet the needs of each student while maintaining rigor and alignment with curriculum.  My background demonstrates an understanding of the resource allocations required for successful implementation of evolving systemic programs, including the acquisition of grants and community partnerships, and the communication required to market programs.  I’ve developed and facilitated professional learning for administrators, counselors, teachers, mentors, and proctors in multiple virtual learning programs and continue to explore ways to support staff and students.
