About Mike Weale

As Chief Executive Officer, I am accountable for developing business plans, budgets and strategies for consideration by the Board and implementing these plans, budgets and strategies to achieve the long term goals of the business. Planit provides the delivery of specialised functional and technical quality engineering services, consultation and training to the Australian, New Zealand, UK, Indian and Philippine marketplaces, with over 1900 permanent staff working across multiple industry domains in the corporate and government sectors.My primary role is to provide leadership and management to the organisation and drive the collective team to achieve the set goals of the business, with the full support from the Board. I also am a full company director and member of the Board of Management.
