As the Operations Manager at Flex Health, I am responsible for the daily operational running of a large physiotherapy clinic that offers a range of services and treatments to clients. My role also includes overseeing the operational delivery of occupational health provisions to clients in Hull and the wider Yorkshire area.. I have been in this role for over a year and a half, and I have a clear focus on business development and customer satisfaction. I have more than 15 years of experience in leisure management, working in various roles and sectors, including sports, fitness, education, and health. I have an NVQ in Management Level 3, a CAVA Qualified Assessor certificate, and a Level 3 Award in Education and Training. I have also worked as an assessor at Lifetime Training, where I delivered personal training courses through Active IQ.I have a proven track record of managing multiple sites, overseeing staff, logistics, bookings, marketing, and partnerships. I have successfully increased membership, revenue, and retention rates for FIT24, a 24-hour gym chain, where I was involved in the setup and pre-sale of new sites.
