Involved in the manufacture of the first two 4t whole body MRI systems (Winding, termination, assembly and cool down; Transferred to the magnet test area, carrying out final test and customer factory acceptance including magnet pre- cool pumping and flushing, helium filling, ramping to field, shimming, leak testing and gradient coil eddy current compensation.1992 -2006Transferred to the service department, carried out contract maintenance, Cryo pump service, installation and commissioning of the system including shimming the system to specification. Carried out remote customer care support. Progressed to senior installation engineer taking on the role of customer care management, resolving specific customer site problems in the Asian market.
